Welcome to LBWR
Leadership Ballarat and Western Region (LBWR) is a program of discovery, self-exploration and challenge that will uniquely equip emerging leaders to guide our region into the future.
With the support of government, business and the community LBWR selects 30 emerging leaders each year, taking them on a 12-month adventure of learning and self development. LBWR is an initiative of the Committee for Ballarat and is proudly supported by the Victorian Government through the Provincial Leaders Development Fund.
